Currently interviewing for an Enterprise AE role. The Motive recruiter I had my initial call with told me there was ramp guaranteed commission. But has since left Motive and I am now going through an outside agency recruiter to help me through the process. Is this true?

I read that Samsara sued Motive for patent infringement, and Motive countersued. Can anyone prove Samsara is at fault, not Motive? I checked trustandsafety.com, which I know is Motive's website, so please don't direct me there.

What is the best territory for an Enterprise AE (West, North East, etc)? Are Enterprise AE's hitting quota?

What are the personas and ICPs do AE's/AMs go after?

How long does it take typically a high performing SDR to get promoted to AE?

I am in the process of deciding between Motive and another company for Emerging MM. can you please provide all pros and cons? Ex: what is quota attainment like? Sales enablement? Coaching and development from the manager level? Product fit? What is prospecting like? Etc etc.

What’s the culture like? Specifically, I understand working hard is important but is it really cut throat? If for any reason a rep falls behind in their numbers, is leadership helpful with coaching or do you typically get PIPed out immediately?

For the AE, Emerging MM role, what are the average deal sizes and how long is the average sales cycle?

On Glassdoor there’s a scathing review which mentions: —how tough it is being a Woman in Sales at Motive —illusion of doubling ENT Customers —Multiple layoffs —Copying Samsara —over promising —etc I’m familiar with the industry (I know Samsara) how true are these claims?

How would you rate the sales leadership at Motive? Are they competent?

Is taking PTO frowned upon even if you hit metrics and quota?

Currently interviewing for the SDR position for the Enterprise team. What's the growth outlook for the ENT team at motive?
