No professional training. Sink or swim. All about DEI. Money is good though if you hit quota. Culture used to be amazing but it stinks now.

I am a big believer that nobody can make me better at my job than I can. I know what's lacking, I know how I can be better. I think management is kind of split here between those that support sales engineers enabling themselves to be better and those in leadership that think that they're are the only ones who can "Save us".
