Incredible opportunity to make life-changing money because of the product market fit. We are solving critical problems that have huge impacts to our prospects/customer's businesses. Motive's technology is the best in an industry with a lot of legacy systems. If you love to hunt and work hard, there is massive upside here. Leadership is solid from the top down. Motive enterprise sales has a formula for success and leadership is willing to help coach and jump into deals. Our ability to innovate as a company is a huge plus for me. I've been here six months and have given several AI use case examples that have been taken by the product team and a few are in beta. It is powerful to be able to give feedback and help drive product direction, in turn helping solve the hairiest problems for our customers.

You should steer away from Mid-Market. There has been a shift recently, focusing now largely on prospecting KPIs (talk time, conversations, voicemails) where the VP of Sales stated multiple times that even reps who exceed quota are suspect to "being fired". That is the culture. Beware.

Sales culture of good ‘ol boys club. No transparency or feedback with leadership. Gossip at the executive level. Culture of public shaming vs coaching and development.
