Overall I enjoyed my experience, with that said leadership has shifted gears in the last 12 months. The core industry they serve has been hit hard. This has led to 2 rounds of layoffs in the last 12 months. Leadership has become more micromanagement based. Some teams are experience growth and others teams they are tying to continue to right size as the org pushes toward IPO they have a big focus on turning profitability (payroll being the biggest expense). Company is great with diversity and work life balance.

Great experience for my 3 years as a commercial AE, though there were many rounds of layoffs. Upon moving up to Mid-Market a new director was put in place that was the worst person I’ve ever worked with or for, putting massive pressure on all AEs and having no knowledge of how to sell the product himself.
