Had an overall good experience until this last year when MM was restructured and divided into land/expand reps. Quota was not reduced to account for this change. Goal was more attainable under the old structure. Current MM management does not value intangibles and sets unreasonable KPI expectations. The Enterprise Sales leadership is terrible. The VP is unprofessional and prone to outbursts and insults. Do not work here. You will likely not make quota and will be miserable with the micromanagement.
