I am a big believer that nobody can make me better at my job than I can. I know what's lacking, I know how I can be better. I think management is kind of split here between those that support sales engineers enabling themselves to be better and those in leadership that think that they're are the only ones who can "Save us". My direct manager is a fantastic resource for inquiries like- "I'm facing this particular situation in an opportunity and I don't know what to do. What do you think the play is?" So I really appreciate that.

It's rare to find a place where you can sell a market-leading solution that solves real customer issues while working in a culture where leadership is empathetic and hyper-focused on your success. Also, the comp plan around accelerators is one the best I've ever seen!
