Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience was difficult. There is not a clear direction for a sales person at Motive and they changed the structure without having clear expectations for the roles. KPI and quotas do not role out until well after a quarter starts. What is so unfortunate is they shifted from a commercial segment focus to Enterprise segment. They have forced out several commercial AEs but hired Enterprise reps without even trying to shift reps around. Motives sales org is ran by all men, throwing spaghetti at the wall hoping it sticks. They need to go public or be bought so they are desperate. At the end I was pimped out by Shiab. . He forgot that we are humans as well as our customers. My back was in a corner as I was not allowed to attend to existing customer needs unless they needed something new. This is not a rewarding environment for any AE. Sales is sharing your enthusiasm about the product to help others. This is not the culture of Motive. Browse Other Reviews
