If you’re a SDR, you have little room for promotion. Even top performers who never miss quota, get leadership praise, still don’t have clear promotions paths. MM AE and CSM team only wants to hire externally. Marketing would be your only hope but there’s rarely open jobs

Good product, but kinda pricy and I was really underpaid in terms of base. Comission was okayish, but coulda been better. Also leadership in the SDR org was kinda mess at that time

Sales organization has great leadership and some talented AEs. The SDR org is ran under marketing which causes constant issues and misalignment. Leadership is okay but they have troubles hiring and retaining people and the rules are always changing. The only way you have real career growth here is if you’re a top 1-3 SDR.

My overall experience was positive with a few glitches during a time of high growth where significantly more reps were hired so territories shrunk but expectations raised. Leadership is very inclusive, communicative, and forward thinking however there is a "perform or move on" mentality to be prepared for.

Hit/Exceeded quota for +18months. All +2yr SDRs have left or desperately waiting for roles to be made. Leadership does not prioritize hiring internally or professional development. Close to non-existent career mobility upwards or horizontal. If you are capable of hitting 100% average over +12 months, don't do it here. Good product brand-recognition though.

It is difficult to capture prospects’ interest because so much of it depends on luck, timing, budget, etc. At the end of the day our product is a nice to have, and not a necessity, which proves very difficult in today’s market.

Few people hit target. Commission rate around 8%. Quota over a million with deal sizes under 100k. Attainability poor across the sales org. Leadership manages numbers but doesn't address underlying problems why reps aren't hitting quota
