Like most places...the hardest workers and best sales people find a way to win. We have a ton of tools and engineering support to get the job done. Every year I see the progress in this place and excited about the next chapter.

Leadership misses mark with the Sales team. Great product - but tough and long sales cycle. Many don’t hit quotas

Product is pretty good. Leadership and culture are abysmal. Leaders do not value sales professionals at all. They think the product sells itself when in reality it’s a dog fight in every campaign, and Automation Anywhere is at best in 2nd place and likely 3rd. Unfortunate because the product itself and the RPA space is a solid space.

It's a mess in all honesty. There's no real leadership and just a bunch of guys at the top that are waiting to sell the business to the highest bidder. The employees suffer, so the customers suffer. Very under staffed in certain regions as they're trying to do it on the cheap, no leadership in satellite offices.... for this size of company, i'd say it's the worst...Read More

At the end of my stint, there was so much to unlearn. Have never seen such poor ethics and corporate governance standards in my professional career. The work culture was very poor and left a lot to be desired.

amazing product, some good local leadership. The founders are really bad. they have worked in 1 company for most of the career and have no idea how to sell to today's customers. They go out of their way to change sales plan and find a way to not pay their sales reps. Please avoid the company at all cost. Poor leadership that has high arrogance and general lack of understanding of how to sell the product. The product itself is good, but the organizational structure and leadership create barriers and obstacles to selling - thus leading to roughly 14% of reps hitting their number. My overall experience was one of the worst one's I've had in my sales career. Nobody was hitting quota which led to the turnover in the sales org being absolutely mind boggling (and it's still like that today). I'd stay far away from this company.

Lack of focus, product development and poor GTM strategy. There was a ton of C-Level turnover and massive layoffs in order to claim profitability. Steer clear!

It's your basic revolving door. Sure product is decent but leadership is horrible, quota's are unattainable and people get burned out real quick. Regional VP's lasted a year, reps 12-18 months and they were gone.
