Everything is through the channel - the role I am in is very new and unique and adoption/methodology for everything isn't fully fleshed out yet, given time I think it will improve.

Terrible leadership and culture in commercial sales, but compensation and benefits are great. Military style leadership and not great sales engineers on the team. No inbound leads whatsoever due to weak inside sales and bdr teams.
