Current Employee3.9Oct 24, 2023Good so far. KPIs and quotas are pretty attainable. Quotas have been lowered in the past ,as changes took place, but usually brought back up to a consistent and measured level.

Constant layoffs and then ambitious hiring targets at low offerings which results in vicious cycle of hiring less experienced resources at cheap rate who eventually get fired and the cycle continues.
