Most toxic management I've ever had. They gate keep good leads, treat you like a new SDR, have strict KPIs they use as a punishment system, and constantly monitor you all day long. Management is useless and out of touch with modern sales. The product is great and fellow AE's are great, but the managers and leadership make it a toxic and horrible place.

My overall experience was amazing and overwhelming , every customer and client came with unique problems which need unique solutions, even tho there was pressure of sale but side by side a huge amount knowledge and experience which is unforgettable

The experience in the beginning was good but after some time things got suffocating and the main issue I had was with the compensation structure, promotions and incentives
