SDR/AE Sales culture lacks here after speaking to colleagues, especially in Mid-Market. They said it wasn’t like this a couple years ago. I think the growth has had pros/cons. Toxic work environment Was customer centric when starting, now fully focused on IPO and the cracks are showing 2 rounds of layoffs within 12 months Complicated industry Old fashioned customer base Not many opportunities to grow and advance
