My overall experience at Motive has been fantastic. The product, the people, and the culture are worth investing your time. The product literally saves lives, which makes it very easy to come to work and focus on the mission. The people are fantastic, which I think has a lot to do with the continuity of the leadership team; most of these folks have been here 4+ years...Read More

I had a great go at Motive as a commercial rep, but then was "promoted" to a Mid Market - Premier Account rep and the job went south very quickly. The company is pre-IPO and in various lawsuits with their competitor: Samsara. Tough time to be there, especially in an economy like this, pre election. Deals were not moving and the pressure to rebuild a net new pipeline...Read More
