Pro- Truly is the best product on the market.
Con- Pay is not great, well commission Id say.
Manager or KPI metrics can make or break your experience here. Could be leadership instilling fear based sales .
Quantity over quality - Heavily metric based KPIs (even if it’s BS input) Two sets of PIPS! The turnover over the last 6 months is record setting. Have never had this much anxiety.
Growth - lots of areas to go into. I don’t agree with how they promote, even if you are over qualified, have to wait 9 months to apply and not fall short of any metrics.
Overall- really love the company and its concept, product, but wish culture wouldn’t be fear based, but rather quality and relationship building, which I think enterprise is that way. Just need to move it down the funnel to SMB/MM. Browse Other Reviews
