This place is a sales factory. You're only as good as your last at bat. Their Salesforce database is ancient - there are no territories - so it's leopard face eating on the daily. Also - for new biz AE's - they move the acct to a another rep after 90 days. They have no loyalty to you and will bounce you for missing one quarter. Individual sales managers are average and most lack any real product knowledge. Virtually every customer I sold was stuck in CS and got pushed around due to unreliable products, missing integrations - and the support team is in PK, India, etc. so there is a major language barrier. If you like to create support cases, talk to enraged customers, and manufacture a ton of anxiety for yourself, Motive may be for you.

Based on my experience Motive is a great company with an amazing product that actually solves real world problems.
