Based on my experience Motive is a great company with an amazing product that actually solves real world problems. As a Mid Market AE you’ll be responsible for selling the core solution as well as the Motive credit card. If you come from a transaction sales background this role is perfect for you. If you are looking for a strategic sales role probably not the best fit.

My experience at motive was great due to the work environment, everyone was so helpful and friendly and always try to bring the best in others, The only drawback at motive was there was no job security other than that it was a great company.
