Current Employee4.6Sep 26, 2023I am a big believer that nobody can make me better at my job than I can. I know what's lacking, I know how I can be better. I think management is kind of split here between those that support sales engineers enabling themselves to be better and those in leadership that think that they're are the only ones who can "Save us". Former Employee2.9Oct 23, 2024I had a great go at Motive as a commercial rep, but then was "promoted" to a Mid Market - Premier Account rep and the job went south very quickly. The company is pre-IPO and in various lawsuits with their competitor: Samsara. Tough time to be there, especially in an economy like this, pre election. Deals were not moving and the pressure to rebuild a net new pipeline...Read More
