Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I had a great go at Motive as a commercial rep, but then was "promoted" to a Mid Market - Premier Account rep and the job went south very quickly. The company is pre-IPO and in various lawsuits with their competitor: Samsara. Tough time to be there, especially in an economy like this, pre election. Deals were not moving and the pressure to rebuild a net new pipeline from scratch (without any inhouse accounts to cultivate) was a huge challenge. Out of the 35 reps that were dumped into "Premier Accounts Division (89-399 CFS) only about 5 reps were closing consistent deals. Upper management does not know what they are doing managing this team of near enterprise level sellers. Too many cold calls to count, no relationships built. I'll never go back and would not recommend this role to anyone. Stick with Commercial or Enterprise but beware of Mid Market / Premier! Browse Other Reviews
