Motive pays for everything, employee reviews, accolades, and acknowledgments. Take any third party information with a grain of salt. Missed my expectations from the start with unattainable goals, cherry picking accounts, and unethical leaders (VP and above). Check out LinkedIn for average ent rep tenure. They copy everything from samsara. Lots of micro management for the amount they pay you.

(MM new logo, Premier Accounts): Motive's product market fit is great, and there is a lot of incentive to make half a million (or more) with the current compensation plan in place. My favorite part is that I feel like I can be myself here. From day 1 - I've been accepted for who I am, and it's allowed me to flourish in this role.
