(MM new logo, Premier Accounts): Motive's product market fit is great, and there is a lot of incentive to make half a million (or more) with the current compensation plan in place. My favorite part is that I feel like I can be myself here. From day 1 - I've been accepted for who I am, and it's allowed me to flourish in this role.

6-months in my experience has been great. I have a clear line of site to crushing my quota this year and feel very supported from all sides of the business.
