They gate keep good leads, treat you like a new SDR, have strict KPIs they use as a punishment system, and constantly monitor you all day long. Management is useless and out of touch with modern sales. The product is great and fellow AE's are great, but the managers and leadership make it a toxic and horrible place. If you don’t hit 60% of quota for a quarter, you’ll be put on PIP and then fired 2 months later…doesn’t matter if you’re over plan for the year or past performance.
