Current SDR leadership is clueless. The quota is entirely too high, and account quality is too low. The AES, inbound SDRs, and outbound SDRs are all fighting for a few opportunities. Along with low account quality, our products' marketplace is saturated, making setting a meeting harder than ever before.

I came into this role needing a job because I was laid off. It's not a bad company to work for overall. Pretty easy to learn products and industries to sell into. The CEO is way too involved in everything trying to make it public. The company is very productivity/outcome-focused and will micromanage nonstop if you fall behind.
