My overall experience with Motive ended pretty horribly but had the opportunity to make some good money while the leadership was still intact. Leadership at Motive now is weak, chaotic, and extremely racist with a huge preference for White Ivy League men of privilege. As a consistent performer for the last 5 years I was constantly harassed by my Directors in the Mid Market segment to produce while they were simultaneously taking more and more accounts away from myself and my team. This companies Director level management is absolutely toxic and will drive you insane. Less than 30% of the Mid Market reps hit their quotas and what's even worse is that over the last year the new Sales Leadership has driven a mass exodus of actual legitimate industry knowledge and so Motive now fails their customers just as bad as they do their employees. They ship their clients devices that are completely bricked and then start them off with a "Customer Success Manager" who has never even installed a unit in their own vehicle and let them die on the vine during the course of their contract & overcharge for add-ons during the courses of their agreements as well.
