Former Employee4.1Nov 4, 2024Had an overall good experience until this last year when MM was restructured and divided into land/expand reps. Quota was not reduced to account for this change. Goal was more attainable under the old structure. Current MM management does not value intangibles and sets unreasonable KPI expectations.
