New leadership shifted the company culture from one with a spirit of collaboration to one where you spend about 10% of your time litigating rules of engagement, sales process, account ownership, territory, etc.

It's great in some ways and really rough in others. It's continuously hiring and a lot of folks don't make it past ramp.

HubSpot has a lot of potential. The product is amazing and so is the marketing. My coworkers are amazing amazing and I am thankful to have worked at HubSpot to meet them! However I believe that the leadership in the sales org promotes burnout. The quotas are very high, and most people are still ramping. They continue to hire and have not trained their new managers...Read More
