What is the Corporate AE role like in Europe? A lot of the recent reviews reference PIPs, which is a concern, as it seems like its basically all of the reviews / recent and the 85.17 score on RepVue may be inaccurate and based heavily on old scoring.

Trying to understand comp plans a bit more here in the community and how they are structured. The comp plan at my current company is 10% on closed ARR only, a bit of a change for me since my previous companies all paid on implementation as well. Curious to hear other comp plan structures!

Mid Market vs Smb AE who is doing better and if you got offered both positions which would you pick? If you become an smb ae and later get promoted to mid market do you get a generous ramping period again?

I noticed there are a lot of positive reviews on the main page, but they don’t seem to match the ones on the Q&A page. Are new hires asked to write reviews, or is leadership posting their own praise?

Why are a ton of Hubspot AE's on linkedin recruiting heavy right now? Have things gotten better from a goal attainment standpoint or did the company just raise recruiting incentives?
