HubSpot has helped me grow both personally and professionally by instilling HEART in everything I do. Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, and Transparent. I am surrounded by fellow HubSpotters who are full of HEART and I firmly believe this has made me a better human during my time at HubSpot. What is even more special is that I work Remote and can still see these values on display without even being in-person!

I'd really attribute one thing to keeping me at HubSpot, and it's the clear growth goals and path forward. In every role I've been in from BDR to Account Executive there's a clear path forward in regards to what goals I need to achieve, what numbers I need to hit to get there. I think it keeps me motivated day in and day out to get to that next level and allows me to continuously keep working on my craft.

I think what really sets HubSpot apart is that our platform addresses marketing, sales, service and operations. All the major components of what makes up the business. That puts us as growth specialists in a position to address a very wide range of business challenges. To see these amazing businesses use our solutions and to witness the impact is really rewarding.

I think the past couple of years here at HubSpot have been the most transformative of my life. Not only have I grown in my art of strategic selling, but I have gone down a self-discovery path and really mapped out where am I going yet, where is my ambition taking me.
