HubSpot has a lot of potential. The product is amazing and so is the marketing. My coworkers are amazing amazing and I am thankful to have worked at HubSpot to meet them! However I believe that the leadership in the sales org promotes burnout. The quotas are very high, and most people are still ramping. They continue to hire and have not trained their new managers well

Overall experience was okay. 10 years ago the company was probably a great place to work. Now, its saturated, tons of sales people, territories are small, and it really depends on which territory you're given. Some reps make P-club because their territory is cushy and its all inbound. HubSpot has been an amazing place to work in the sales department historically. We absolutely have the best product in the market, great culture but the huge increase in quota huge increase in headcount has made hitting your OTE rare.
