Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Fastly's Exec's have forced new compensation plans down to the sales teams with near impossible targets to hit. Further, they've structured the commission payouts to be HEAVILY reliant on new logo acquisition. This company has no marketing engine and zero top of funnel lead generation. TLDR - they've made it nearly impossible to make money. I knew reps who sold multi-million dollar deals and took home maybe $1,000.
It's sad to see because the vast majority of people at the company are incredible all around.
However, leadership have decided that imposing completely unrealistic sales goals, without proper structure in place, is the path forward. Browse Other Reviews
