Good experience and great people, but the company has changed a lot since the start and the soul isn't there anymore.

My experience was great until the director was given too much power. Everything became hostile, tons of micromanagement I was told wouldn't happen...I was the top rep in my org for the prior year and was let go in a RIF with no good reason. Probably because I was building a case about a hostile work environment from my team lead.
