CSM's at Datadog have no growth trajectory and compensation remains low for the space Datadog is in. I would not recommend working here.

New payment structure in 2024 is very desirable. Leadership seems to have a stronger focus on finding ways for reps to hit quota. Many more reps should hit their yearly number in 2024.
