Unrealistically short ramp times, lack of support and training for new reps, extremely cut throat, lack of accounts, unpredictable territory changes and firings, even demotions. Leadership is completely clueless but whenever things go well, praise themselves. If things go wrong, blame the reps. I've been at a few different orgs and can say with confidence: CF is truly terrible
