I'm finalizing my interviews for the Emerging Digital Native Account Executive position. I've yet to receive a clear answer on quota attainability, average sales cycle, annual quota, or deal size. Can someone please shed light on these details?

Did the '100' actually get let go already? Or was that all just talk? ...safe to say there isnt much hiring going on right now? I've had Cloudflare on my list of orgs I wanted to crack into for awhile - perhaps I look elsewhere...

Sounds to me like these layoffs of the bottom '100' at Cloudflare will just lead to resignations of the top '100' ...hope things settle down soon

Help make sense of it pls 'we've identified 100 reps who have consistently missed expectations' ... isn't it mgmt job to get ahead of that? not blame?
