I wouldn’t recommend Cloudflare to anyone as a sales org. The culture they sell in interviews vs the reality do not match. Unrealistically short ramp times, lack of support and training for new reps, extremely cut throat, lack of accounts, unpredictable territory changes and firings, even demotions. The CEO does not understand sales and views employees as numbers. New CRO has created an extremely toxic sales org. Go literally anywhere else.

Overall a great company to work for. Tiktok issues aside I thought management was competent.

One of the best cultures in individual teams, especially individuals with tenure above 2 years. Since the management change a bit rough on the VP/C-level. Salary was never supposed to be top-notch, but got better over the years for new hires - not for existing staff, though.
