Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee CEO hate sales people. Sales process internally is an absolute nightmare. Everyone says half of sales at Cloudflare is selling to our internal teams on helping us get deals across the line. There is zero help with pricing for customers which mean customers can get vastly different proposals depending on how long the rep has been at Cloudflare and how familiar they are with internal politics. And even after sales, there is terrible customer support from success team. It can take weeks for a success person to be assigned after a customer has already signed a contract. Browse Other Reviews
