Terrible leadership and sales organization. Insanely cutthroat, and they have laid off people left and right. Everyone is terrified for their jobs. The only people succeeding are breaking all the ROE rules and leadership just rewards them and punishes the ones that are doing what they're supposed to be doing. It was once a great organization, but there has been too much change and too quickly. It's a sinking ship so stay far away!

Really good products. Every person I worked with was excellent at what they do, except for upper management (at around the VP level and above) who are effectively, a collective corporate dumpster fire.

Cloudflare is by far the worst sales organization any sales professional can join.
