My overall experience at Cloudflare is that it is a great product that does not prioritize its sales department. It is run by a CEO that does not care about sales, has called us order takers and only cares about the bottomline. It has become a revolving door and the culture is horrible and with its lack of structure has created a competitiveness that isn't healthy.

Base salary is competitive, but quota expectations are completely unrealistic. The sales senior leadership has no direction/communication and no regard for what their BDRs/AEs are seeing in reality and communicating to them vs. the targets they'd ideally like to achieve and what the finance team tells them should be achievable.
