The people hired are great, but unfortunately not provided with the opportunity to succeed due to poor distribution of accounts, lack of inbound leads, close to no proactive channel partner relationships (improving), accompanied by a lack of support, customer success and SE team resources. Extremely short ramp period for such a complex product makes thing cutthroat. Training could use a lot of work to better prepare you for your short ramp.

Sales org is experiencing immense growing pains. Very poor enablement and training. Managers are usually promoted from tenured AEs rather than ability to manage. CEO distaste for salespeople is well-known and documented; sees us as "necessary evil". PIPs are extremely common.
