Executive Leadership changed 3 times in my 2yr 2months there. Which means, any strategy or Executive Leadership vision never worked or lasted. My overall experience at Quest Software was frustrating. The lack of leadership and opportunities within the company were very limited. Favoritisms overruled qualifications.
