People were great within the business but had so many products that noone really knew what to sell to who. Leadership changed often that led to mixed messages from the SLT. Culture was not great and most people were happy to just get the paycheck and tick the boxes.

People are great, remote culture and super flexible. Sales org is a mess, not a traditional setup and a slow moving industry
