People were great within the business but had so many products that noone really knew what to sell to who. Leadership changed often that led to mixed messages from the SLT. Culture was not great and most people were happy to just get the paycheck and tick the boxes.

This was a good place to be until this year when they increased everyone’s quotas to the point that they are unattainable and took away all accelerators, with no explanation. This seems like a way to reduce everyone’s salaries by a significant amount. Leadership also acts personally offended when they’re asked questions to clarify comp. My overall experience was alright. Poor leadership and culture was quite prevalent. Does not care for employees too much as management lack visibility on the ground to drive sales.
