My overall experience was alright. Poor leadership and culture was quite prevalent. Does not care for employees too much as management lack visibility on the ground to drive sales.

A fairly dysfunctional sales organisation. Has nothing that resembles a usable CRM and no tools to enable effective prospecting. Entire sales and sales support process is based around existing business and no thought into how to acquire new logos. There is no communication of overarching corporate goals and how they align with sales goals.
