Current Employee3.3Jan 4, 2024Cloudflare isn’t horrible, it’s a tough time in the market. Unfortunately CF treats sales reps as numbers and PIPs/termination is extremely common. Tenured reps have best accounts leaving everyone new to either get lucky or hustle extremely hard for smaller deals. Direct managers are great but leadership above them is awful. Lots of unrealistic expectations.

C-suite doesn't really empower the sales team. Product also tougher to sell. Very complex and probably too vast. Jack of all trades master of none type thing.
