Everyone I worked with at Cloudflare was awesome. Great culture of helping people and it didn't feel competitive in a negative way. 5/5 in that regard. C-suite doesn't really empower the sales team. Product also tougher to sell. Very complex and probably too vast. Jack of all trades master of none type thing. A lot of people struggled to hit quota on my team. Our managers all bust their butt though and were suepr helpful so nothing in that regard.

Experience is great here, pay in my opinion is very competitive. They also push to train sales people and hire quality people. As usual though the organisation does make sales do what marketing must do sometimes etc. Also far too worried about diversity and 'inclusion' to the point of pushing an agenda and reverse sexism. I do well because of my experience. First line management is lacking on every level. My manager (a woman) was gas lighting me and trying to make me fail because she was threatened by me.
