Base salary is competitive, but quota expectations are completely unrealistic. The sales senior leadership has no direction/communication and no regard for what their BDRs/AEs are seeing in reality and communicating to them vs. the targets they'd ideally like to achieve and what the finance team tells them should be achievable.

Extremely short ramp period for such a complex product makes thing cutthroat. Training could use a lot of work to better prepare you for your short ramp.

I wouldn’t recommend Cloudflare to anyone as a sales org. The culture they sell in interviews vs the reality do not match. Unrealistically short ramp times, lack of support and training for new reps, extremely cut throat, lack of accounts, unpredictable territory changes and firings, even demotions.
