Culture, leadership, and ability to hit quota has declined significantly at DocuSign over the last few years. Success really depends on which team you're on. Around 1-2 people out of 10 hit quota on the Newco team, while about 100% of the install team consistently hits, but management can't admit that there is a mismatch in goal-setting. hired 30 new MDR's in January, laid off 60% of all salespeople (AE's included) 6 months later... think about that for a moment. People are very nice tho!
