Current Employee2.6Mar 25, 2025Very poor place to be a BDR. Promotion path for BDRs has been completely eliminated, while responsibilities have increased. They sell a dream but really are only interested in your producing for them while not affording the growth opportunities that they emphasize heavily in recruitment.
