Very poor place to be a BDR. Promotion path for BDRs has been completely eliminated, while responsibilities have increased. They sell a dream but really are only interested in your producing for them while not affording the growth opportunities that they emphasize heavily in recruitment.

Great technology, but incredibly difficult for new reps to get into a sales cycle. All outbound and prospecting sales motions with no results. The value is so incredibly complex, no one wants to talk with you. So many reps hired quit in a short amount of time.

Long sale cycles but great product and c level relevant
