Celonis has a lot of junior people in important positions as VP's directors etc (Operations, GTM, Marketing) that have almost no previous experience and take really bad decisions. This people only think of themselves and do not prioritise customers.

I am working for the Make Division for Celonis. The environment couldn’t be worse for any AE - quotas are unachievable, support is close to non-existent and leader does not really care. Career development despite continued promises is a DIY project.
